Job Duties
- Demonstrate genuine hospitality during every interaction with guests
- welcome guests and determine beverage preferences
- abide by all State and Federal Liquor regulations
- attend pre-shift meetings to review service information
- adhere to all food safety and quality regulations
- handle cash and credit card transactions
- record drink orders accurately into POS system
- maintain a clean working environment including cleaning bar and glassware
- prepare fruit, syrups, garnishes, and glassware before and during service
- respond promptly to guest requests
- upsell drink and food items
- arrange glasses and bottles into an attractive display
- perform basic cleaning tasks as instructed
- answer guest questions about beverages and communicate with kitchen and bar staff
- maintain consistent productivity
- perform other duties as assigned
