Job Requirements
- Able to operate blenders frozen drink machines and other bar equipment
- Stands during entire shift
- Frequent immersion of hands in water every five minutes
- Ability to wipe down tabletops table legs pick up debris off floor and wipe down booth seats in all areas of the restaurant
- Transports glass racks cases up to 25 pounds such as a case of beer up to 15 times per shift
- Reading writing basic math and verbal communication skills required
- Must have ability to remain stationary for long periods of up to four hours in length
- Must be able to reach bend stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as bartender barback or mixologist preferred but not required
- Basic math reading writing and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate bar equipment such as blenders and frozen drink machines
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to maintain cleanliness standards throughout shift
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Operate blenders frozen drink machines and other bar equipment
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to specifications
- Maintain cleanliness by wiping down tabletops table legs booth seats and picking up debris off the floor
- Transport glass racks and cases up to 25 pounds multiple times per shift
- Stand during entire shift and remain stationary for extended periods
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols including frequent hand immersion in water
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
