Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of bartending or mixology experience in an upscale or high-volume environment
  • Knowledge of classic and modern cocktail preparation, wine, and spirits
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of classic and modern cocktail preparation, wine, and spirits
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, engaging demeanor
  • Professional appearance and ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • Reliable, efficient, and detail-oriented work ethic
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Bartending certification or formal mixology training preferred
  • Experience in a private club, fine dining, or events-focused hospitality setting preferred
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of classic and craft cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and consistency
  • Provide exceptional service across multiple settings, including member dining venues, private event spaces, and special event areas
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage team to create seasonal cocktail menus and suggest beverage pairings
  • Monitor guest needs and anticipate requests to enhance the overall experience
  • Check identification to ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with state laws and club policies
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including cleaning glasses, utensils, and equipment
  • Support event setup and breakdown when needed, including weddings, holiday parties, and regattas
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
