Job Requirements
- Enjoys working on a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, listening and time management skills
- Ability to stand approximately 90% of the workday and freely access all areas of the locations
- Be able to lift/move up to 50lbs
- Endure in various physical activities like reaching, bending, kneeling, climbing, and moving about the facility
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Must have at least 1 year experience as a bartender and server
- Must be able to work with minimum amount of supervision under varying conditions
- Must be TIPS or BASSET certified based on village or city requirements

Job Duties
- Start with side work to ensure shift runs smoothly
- Serve customers and take orders while maintaining a fun, engaging atmosphere
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes responsibly
- Request and verify identification to confirm legal drinking age
- Adapt to new duties and support team needs as they arise
- Handle cash and complete transactions accurately
- Uphold safety and cleanliness standards at the bar area
