Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Ability to lift trays, dish racks, glass racks weighing 20-40 lbs
  • Ability to push carts and portable bar equipment weighing 50-100 lbs
  • Ability to stand continuously during shift
  • Ability to bend/kneel to access lower cabinets
  • Ability to maneuver in narrow spaces and between seated guests
  • Must be able to read records and special requests
  • Ability to accurately count cash and operate cash register
  • Must be highly organized and attentive to details in a noisy environment
  • Ability to use tact and understanding when dealing with customer service problems

Job Qualifications

  • Bartending training and certification
  • TIPS certified
  • Minimum 6 months bartending experience
  • Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to multitask and follow verbal and written instructions
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Make and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards
  • Perform all guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient and professional manner
  • maintaining a commitment to guest satisfaction
  • Ring guest checks, collect cash and process credits and room charges in the exact manner outlined by company policies and procedures
  • Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists
  • Know and comply with state liquor laws
  • Ensure established pars are maintained
  • Perform all sidework duties according to sidework schedules
