Job Requirements
- must be TABC certified
- must hold a high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays
- must be able to stand for extended periods
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- excellent interpersonal skills
- prior bartending experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- TABC certified
- servsafe or similar Food Handler's Certificate may be required depending on store location
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- attention to detail and cleanliness
- experience in bartending preferred
Job Duties
- maintaining a high level of cleanliness throughout the bar and lounge areas
- ensure all necessary items are stocked including beer wine liquor garnishes plate ware silverware and glassware
- suggestively sell guests appropriate food and beverage items using menus and Bar 79 promotional materials
- utilize and follow Perry's Restaurants' 40 steps of service to ensure all guests have an enjoyable and complete dining experience
- properly enter and order all food and beverage items into the Aloha Point of Sale system
