Job Requirements
- Bartenders must be 21 years of age or older
- previous experience in bartending or similar role within the food or beverage industry required
- strong knowledge of various drink recipes mixology techniques and bar equipment
- good command of the English language both verbal and written
- high school diploma or equivalent
- reliable transportation to and from the airport
- able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant setting
- physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift (8-10 hrs.)
- walking bending stooping twisting reaching pulling pushing kneeling and crouching
- positive attitude excellent communication and willingness to get along with co-workers
- ability to pass a 10 yr. federal background check
- food handler's license and responsible beverage service license or the ability to obtain
- willingness to work early mornings late nights and/or weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet and engage customers with a smile in accordance with hospitality standards
- prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and SOPs
- maintain an organized bar area ensuring cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
- provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and taking orders
- restock and maintain par levels practicing FIFO rotation standards
- buss and sanitize tables wash dishes and dispose of trash following all SOPs
- clean and wipe down surfaces maintaining high levels of cleanliness at all times
- sweep mop and vacuum floors as needed or as instructed
- assist with deliveries stock rotation and organization of inventory
- bid passengers a farewell and encourage their return
- other duties as assigned
