Job Requirements

  • Bartenders must be 21 years of age or older
  • previous experience in bartending or similar role within the food or beverage industry required
  • strong knowledge of various drink recipes mixology techniques and bar equipment
  • good command of the English language both verbal and written
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • reliable transportation to and from the airport
  • able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant setting
  • physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift (8-10 hrs.)
  • walking bending stooping twisting reaching pulling pushing kneeling and crouching
  • positive attitude excellent communication and willingness to get along with co-workers
  • ability to pass a 10 yr. federal background check
  • food handler's license and responsible beverage service license or the ability to obtain
  • willingness to work early mornings late nights and/or weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet and engage customers with a smile in accordance with hospitality standards
  • prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and SOPs
  • maintain an organized bar area ensuring cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and taking orders
  • restock and maintain par levels practicing FIFO rotation standards
  • buss and sanitize tables wash dishes and dispose of trash following all SOPs
  • clean and wipe down surfaces maintaining high levels of cleanliness at all times
  • sweep mop and vacuum floors as needed or as instructed
  • assist with deliveries stock rotation and organization of inventory
  • bid passengers a farewell and encourage their return
  • other duties as assigned
