Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous bartending experience
knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment
excellent observational skills
ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
strong attention to detail
legal age to serve alcohol

Job Qualifications

Knowledge of craft cocktails, mixed drinks, beer and wine
excellent customer service skills
ability to monitor patrons for signs of intoxication
strong communication and interpersonal skills
experience managing financial transactions
ability to multitask and work under pressure

Job Duties

Maintain the bar area and ensure cleanliness
serve patrons at the bar
fill drink orders for the dining room
prepare craft cocktails, mixed drinks, beer, and wine accurately

manage financial transactions and cash handling
