Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in South Carolina
- ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the club
- able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- comfortable working in various indoor/outdoor conditions
- availability to work primarily Thursday through Sunday and holidays as needed
Job Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, and spirits
- positive attitude and strong communication skills
- flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- food safety and alcohol service certifications preferred
- experience using point-of-sale systems
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to members and guests
- use the JONAS POS system to process orders and maintain accuracy
- provide warm, personalized service and expert drink recommendations
- maintain a clean, safe, and organized bar area
- assist with inventory, restocking, and beverage service at private events
- support additional FOH duties as needed
