Job Requirements
- Valid food handling and responsible alcohol certifications
- Maintain professionalism at all times in social environments, including social media
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects/tasks

- Availability to work within expected hours of operation including evenings, holidays, weekends

Job Duties
- Ensure that each guest receives outstanding guest services by providing a warm and inviting environment, including greeting and acknowledging every guest
- Maintain elevated standards, have product knowledge and understand mechanics of service
- Prepare batch cocktails and make beverage pairing recommendations
- Collaborate with General Manager and Chef de Cuisine for guest allergy concerns
- Complete prep work and maintain a clean and efficient workspace
- Complete nightly and deep cleaning checklists
- Assist with inventory control and report low product quantities
- Complete all required trainings
- Assist in other duties as assigned
