Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
One to three months of related experience or training
State-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
Ability to stand for extended periods
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
Strong team collaboration skills

Job Duties

Greet customers warmly within 30 seconds
Make specific food and beverage suggestions for all courses
Prepare drink recipes following all recipes and proper procedures
Conduct wine service
Maintain a clean and organized bar area
Ensure compliance with all beverage service laws and regulations
Collaborate with team members to provide excellent guest experiences
