Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a related hospitality role
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks related to bartending
- Knowledge of cocktail preparation and bar equipment
- Commitment to upholding hygiene and safety standards

Job Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service with a genuine and friendly demeanor
- Handle requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve consistent, high-quality cocktails expediently while building positive guest relationships
- Contribute to the overall profitability of the restaurant by generating sales and adhering to all company recipes
- Achieve planned product costs by adhering to portion standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and seamless delivery of orders
- Report to work on time as indicated on the work schedule
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety, health, and sanitation guidelines
- Cooperate with management and team members to assist others with duties
- Communicate suggestions for improvement positively
- Uphold core values of grit hospitality, leadership, integrity, and respect in every interaction
