Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience preferred
- must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages according to local state laws
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for entire shifts
- capability to lift heavy items up to 75 pounds
- willing to work in a lively environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred
- strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktails including mixing techniques
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Complete setup of the bar area before service
- mix and serve drinks to guests and servers
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar
- ensure guest satisfaction through quality service
- manage and control liquor inventory effectively
- verify legal drinking age and comply with state laws
- assist in restocking supplies as needed
