Job Requirements

  • Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
  • Ability to work well in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bartending experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Greet customers and welcome them with a smile when seated
  • Prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and limited restocking of beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • Suggest sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • Prepare all drinks according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly in the POS system
  • Ensure the customer is well attended, offer drink refills, and remove any unused items
  • Deliver and settle customer bills promptly, thank customers, and invite them to return
  • Follow all food safety regulations
