Job Requirements
- Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
- Ability to work well in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Greet customers and welcome them with a smile when seated
- Prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and limited restocking of beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- Suggest sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- Prepare all drinks according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly in the POS system
- Ensure the customer is well attended, offer drink refills, and remove any unused items
- Deliver and settle customer bills promptly, thank customers, and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety regulations
