Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend reach stoop and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
  • ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking ability

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in bartending or customer service preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment
  • team oriented with ability to multitask
  • attentiveness to detail

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with a smile when seated
  • prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and restock drinks mixes and garnishes as needed
  • suggest sales of drinks appetizers and desserts
  • prepare beverages to standard using recipe glassware and garnish
  • accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
  • ensure guests are well attended offer drink refills and clear unused items
  • deliver and settle guest checks in a timely manner thank guests and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety regulations
