Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend reach stoop and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking ability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in bartending or customer service preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast paced environment
- knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment
- team oriented with ability to multitask
- attentiveness to detail
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a smile when seated
- prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and restock drinks mixes and garnishes as needed
- suggest sales of drinks appetizers and desserts
- prepare beverages to standard using recipe glassware and garnish
- accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- ensure guests are well attended offer drink refills and clear unused items
- deliver and settle guest checks in a timely manner thank guests and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
