Job Requirements

  • Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
  • ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
  • knowledge of drink preparation and bar equipment
  • ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • attention to detail
  • ability to multitask effectively

Job Duties

  • Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
  • prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and restock drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • prepare all drinks to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
  • take food and beverage orders accurately and input them correctly into the POS system
  • ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills, and remove any unused items
  • deliver and settle bills promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety rules
