- Prior experience in a bartending role preferred
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including draft beers and hand-crafted cocktails
- Provide attentive, friendly, and sanitary service to ensure a positive guest experience
- Guide guests through the beverage menu, offering recommendations and detailed knowledge of drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times
- Uphold Yard House’s house rules by fostering a lively, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service
