Job Requirements
- At least two years of gaming bartending experience
- legal age to serve alcohol
- satisfactory physical and mental health
- able to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation
- available and willing to work all scheduled shifts including weekends and holidays
- knowledge of liquors, cocktails, mixes and drink recipes
- knowledge of wines, vintages, and proper handling and storage
- capable of multitasking and effective communication
- basic familiarity with POS systems and related technology
- basic math skills
- able to stand and walk for up to eight hours
- able to carry up to fifty pounds
- able to exert up to one hundred pounds of force
- able to sustain repetitive motions

- at least two years of experience with gaming bartending

- knowledge of liquors, cocktails, mixes, and drink recipes
- knowledge of wines, vintages, and proper handling and storage
- basic familiarity with computers, POS systems, calculators, and touch screens
- basic math skills
- available and willing to work all scheduled shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Obtain and maintain certification required to serve alcohol or work in food and beverage establishments
- efficiently fill all beverage orders in the bar area according to standard recipes and operational guidelines
- check identification to ensure guests meet minimum age requirements for alcohol and tobacco purchases
- maintain appropriate inventory levels of beverage supplies and stock prior to shift start
- ensure proper use of bar equipment and tools
- control and organize bar materials and supplies inventory
- demonstrate knowledge of bar and food menu items to assist guests using effective selling techniques
- maintain guest experience by communicating with Servers and ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of bar and guest areas
- process payments accurately including cash, credit card, and charge receipts
- consistently meet service standards with dependable and enthusiastic delivery
- work cooperatively with co-workers, management, vendors and suppliers
- comply with all employment policies and procedures
- manage multiple parties' expectations professionally
- communicate effectively in spoken and written English
- be familiar with company history, events, and promotions
- adhere to dress code and appearance standards
- maintain reliable transportation and punctuality
- complete assigned side work, cleaning, and administrative duties
- attend all staff meetings and training sessions
- physically perform job functions including standing for up to eight hours and lifting up to 50 lbs
- adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcoholic beverage control policies
- contribute to company success by embracing new ideas and helping meet revenue goals
- recognize and report intoxicated or disruptive guests to management
- handle large amounts of cash with accuracy and maintain balanced gaming drawer
- monitor all active gaming machines while providing service
- perform accurate cash outs and jackpots
- complete W2G forms for qualifying payouts
- update and maintain progressive logs
- implement gaming promotions and free play in compliance with policy
- maintain comp to coin ratio within limits
