Job Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older
Flexible to work a variety of shifts
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to follow standard recipes and procedures
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to handle alcohol responsibly
Good communication skills

Job Qualifications

Alcohol certification and Serve Safe preferred
Experience in bartending or mixology preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of standard drink recipes and bartending procedures
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Friendly and outgoing personality
Ability to work well with team members

Job Duties

Deliver genuine hospitality while efficiently crafting every drink to perfection and serving guests responsibly
Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for guests at the bar following standard recipes and procedures
Guide guests through food and beverage menus demonstrating thorough knowledge of offerings
Provide timely, attentive, fun and friendly service to guests and team members
Keep the bar area clean, sanitized and stocked
Create positive first impressions that build loyalty in return guests
Engage with guests to create a lively and fun atmosphere
