Job Duties

Greet customers within 30 seconds with a warm, friendly greeting
Make specific food and beverage suggestions for all courses
Prepare drink recipes following all recipes and proper procedures
Conduct wine service according to company standards
Maintain an energetic and fun atmosphere
Collaborate as part of a team to provide excellent guest service
Ensure compliance with state-mandated beverage service regulations
