Job Requirements

Arrives to work on time as scheduled in full uniform
greets guests with a warm and friendly manner
provides highest level of service adhering to company standards
follows steps of service defined in training materials
serves alcoholic beverages according to company and state requirements
works with team members to fulfill guest needs promptly
maintains bar and menu knowledge including food allergy issues
ensures proper food handling and sanitation
interacts with guests to create positive experiences
maintains neat and organized bar work areas
notifies management of issues immediately
washes hands every 30 minutes
serves food and alcohol responsibly
maintains clean work areas
supports front of house functions as needed
communicates positively with team and management
can multitask in a fast-paced environment
handles cash accurately
operates point-of-sale software
18 years of age minimum
sets up team members for success at shift change by stocking side work and stations properly

Job Qualifications

Possesses communication skills and the ability to work alone as well as with a team
ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
ability to work with numbers and handle cash
basic reading and handwriting skills
ability to operate restaurant point-of-sale software
minimum age of 18 years unless otherwise dictated by state law

Job Duties

Arrives to work on time as scheduled in full uniform
greets guests with a warm and friendly manner and acknowledges everyone who comes within 5 feet with a smile
provides highest level of service by adhering to all Miller's Ale House service standards
follows the steps of service as defined in the training materials
serves alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards and state alcohol service requirements
works directly with other team members to ensure all the guest's needs are fulfilled in a timely manner
ensures bar and menu knowledge to address guests questions including food allergy issues
ensures proper food handling and sanitation of work areas
interacts with guests to create 'Ale House raving fans'
maintains a neat and organized bar work areas including bar tops and area around the outer bar
notifies management immediately of any potential guest, team member, or operational issue including long ticket times
washes hands every 30 minutes throughout the shift
ensures all food and alcohol is served responsibly and in accordance with company standards and state service requirements
maintains clean and sanitized work areas
works with team members to ensure that safety and sanitation protocol is being executed to company standard
supports other front of house functions as needed, insuring that everything within the 4 walls of the restaurant is every team member's responsibility
positively communicates with other team members and management to keep one another informed
possesses communication skills and the ability to work alone as well as with a team
