Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years bartending experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Knowledge of wine and cocktail preparation
Positive attitude
Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

At least 2 years experience as a bartender in a well-rated restaurant
Strong understanding of wine varietals and craft cocktails including agave-based spirits
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stay positive and calm under pressure
Passion for creating a fun and welcoming environment

Job Duties

Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to customers
Prepare and serve signature cocktails and margaritas
Engage with guests to ensure a welcoming and enjoyable experience
Manage bar inventory and restock supplies as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
Collaborate with team members to provide excellent service
