Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work days, nights, and weekends as required
- Able to work in hot and cold environments including freezers and around cooking equipment
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk 100 percent of shift
- Able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently
- Able to read and write handwritten notes
- Must work in noisy, fast paced environment
- Maintain professional appearance and follow dress code
- Must be legally eligible to work
- Follow alcohol awareness procedures as required
- Ability to perform physical demands as described
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous restaurant or bar experience preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Skilled in customer service and guest engagement
- Able to operate point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures
- Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company policies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Ability to work as part of a team
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of issues or unusual matters
- Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- Adhere to sanitation procedures
- Maintain personal bank and handle financial transactions accurately
- Follow alcohol awareness procedures
- Assess guest behavior and alert management if necessary
- Follow bar recipes to ensure consistency and control costs
- Keep station clean and set up or take down tables
- Greet guests promptly and take accurate orders
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and answer guest questions
- Enter orders into Micros system correctly
- Complete sales and side work duties
- Operate credit card machines and account for cash
- Deliver trays to designated areas
- Work efficiently following full hands in, full hands out philosophy
- Participate in incentives and contests
- Complete bar inventories and requisitions
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Assist in party setup and breakdown
- Support other team members as needed
- Buss and reset tables
- Ensure guest satisfaction by timely check backs and drink maintenance
- Maintain a cooperative working relationship with team members
- Listen and communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Maintain a friendly demeanor
- Communicate enthusiasm about the D&B experience
- Follow dress code and maintain professional appearance
- Work in fast-paced, noisy environment
- Must be at least 18 years old
