Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments
- Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods while performing essential job duties
- Responsible Beverage Service Certification for California positions (completion allowed during training or within 60 days after start date)
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous bartending or hospitality experience is advantageous
- Extensive knowledge of drink preparation and cocktail recipes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Responsible Beverage Service Certification (required for California positions)
Job Duties
- Provide friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to customer preferences
- Efficiently craft each drink to perfection using proper safety equipment, tools, and recipe specifications
- Maintain extensive knowledge of the food and drink menu to recommend and upsell
- Serve as a resource for servers by answering questions about the bar’s spirited drinks
- Adhere to safe food handling, cleanliness, sanitation standards, and safety procedures during the shift
