Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bartending experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes
- Demonstrate genuine hospitality and exceptional guest service
- Maintain a clean and sanitized bar area including regular disinfection of high-touch surfaces
- Uphold safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for guests and team members
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
- Manage supplies and inventory to ensure efficient bar operations
- Assist in training new team members as needed
