Job Requirements

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • must be above 21 years of age
  • experience as a bartender or mixologist in a bar, restaurant, or club setting
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficient in drink preparation and mixology
  • ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • knowledge of local alcohol laws and compliance
  • willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Experience as a bartender or mixologist in a bar, restaurant, or club setting
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
  • proficient in preparing various drinks including cocktails and classics
  • ability to work quickly and effectively during busy periods while maintaining accuracy and quality
  • able to work well with other club staff and contribute to a positive work environment
  • knowledgeable of and compliant with alcohol service laws
  • willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve drinks including cocktails, beers, wines, and soft drinks
  • welcome members and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • ensure the bar is fully stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and supplies
  • restock items as needed and assist with inventory management
  • keep the bar and surrounding areas tidy, organized, and inviting
  • regularly clean counters, glassware, utensils, and equipment
  • process orders and payments accurately using the POS system
  • handle cash and credit cards and manage tabs effectively
  • adhere to all local alcohol laws including checking identification and monitoring alcohol consumption responsibly
  • provide bartending services during club events, tournaments, and social functions
  • manage increased customer volume while maintaining high service standards
  • work closely with café staff, front desk associates, and management to ensure smooth operations and a great member experience
