Job Requirements
- Minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages per applicable law
- Certification in food handling and alcohol service
- Experience in bartending or similar role
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Physical stamina for standing and moving during shifts
Job Qualifications
- Prior bartending experience preferably in a high-volume full-service restaurant
- Certified in state county or local food handling and alcohol service requirements
- Exceptional guest service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Minimum legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in the bar area
- Provide exceptional guest service and create a welcoming environment
- Serve food within the bar area and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar
- Comply with all state and local regulations regarding alcohol service
- Engage with guests to create legendary experiences
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies
