  • Strong communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Valid Food Handling and Responsible Alcohol Certifications
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Guest and team-focused attitude
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Chef de Cuisine, Management, and Team
  • Experience in fine dining or similar hospitality settings preferred
  • Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and mocktails
  • Ability to create and maintain beverage programs

Job Duties

  • Provide outstanding guest services by creating a warm and inviting environment including greeting and acknowledging every guest
  • Maintain elevated guest service standards with a solid product knowledge and understanding of service mechanics
  • Develop and maintain a unique cocktail program including batch cocktail preparation and beverage pairing recommendations
  • Communicate effectively with General Manager and Chef de Cuisine, especially regarding guest allergy concerns
  • Perform prep work, maintain cleanliness and efficiency of the bar area
  • Complete nightly and deep cleaning checklists
  • Assist with inventory control and report low product quantities
  • Complete all required training as assigned
  • Assist with other duties as needed
