Job Requirements
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Have 1-2 years of prior bartending experience
- Positive energy
- Ready to assist fellow support staff and work as a team player
- Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and guests
- Flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Constant standing or walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting

- Knowledge of standard drink recipes and beverage preparation
- Ability to remain educated on menu offerings and dietary considerations
Job Duties
- Create, prepare, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the restaurant's standard drink recipes while tending to bar patrons
- Receive orders and serve food to guests dining at the bar
- Maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner
- Assist in restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies
- Perform required side work
- Remain educated on menu offerings and respond promptly to guest inquiries about menus, dietary restrictions, and restaurant services
- Prepare and present final bill, process payment, and report gratuities according to IRS standards
