Job Requirements

  • Be 21 years of age or older
  • Have 1-2 years of prior bartending experience
  • Positive energy
  • Ready to assist fellow support staff and work as a team player
  • Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and guests
  • Flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Constant standing or walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting

Job Qualifications

  • Be 21 years of age or older
  • Have 1-2 years of prior bartending experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and guests
  • Positive energy and team player attitude
  • Knowledge of standard drink recipes and beverage preparation
  • Ability to remain educated on menu offerings and dietary considerations

Job Duties

  • Create, prepare, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the restaurant's standard drink recipes while tending to bar patrons
  • Receive orders and serve food to guests dining at the bar
  • Maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner
  • Assist in restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies
  • Perform required side work
  • Remain educated on menu offerings and respond promptly to guest inquiries about menus, dietary restrictions, and restaurant services
  • Prepare and present final bill, process payment, and report gratuities according to IRS standards
