Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking abilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience as a bartender preferred
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to multitask and pay attention to details
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment

Job Duties
- Greet customers with a smile when seated
- prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and restock limited drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- prepare all drinks according to standard using the recipe, glassware, and garnish
- take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them properly in the POS system
- ensure the customer is well attended, offer refills, and clear any unused items
- deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers, and invite them to return
- follow all food safety rules
