Job Requirements

Ability to move throughout the dining room effectively
Ability to lift and carry serving trays weighing up to 15lbs and bus tubs weighing up to 40lbs
Ability to perform reaching and stooping motions

Job Qualifications

Previous bartending experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant preferred but not required
Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation, and bar equipment
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service
Knowledge of liquor laws and responsible alcohol service
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties

Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks with precision and creativity
Greet guests warmly, take drink orders, and engage in friendly conversations while providing recommendations
Create and innovate cocktails following established recipes and ensuring consistency in presentation and taste
Maintain a clean and organized bar area including proper storage and labeling of ingredients, garnishes, glassware, and tools
Monitor and track inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage the rotation of perishable items to minimize waste
Process guest payments accurately, handle cash responsibly, and provide change or receipts as required
Adhere to all relevant alcohol laws and safety regulations including checking identification and refusing service to intoxicated guests
Collaborate with servers, bussers, and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and seamless service and support colleagues during busy periods
