Job Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Complete basic food handling training and obtain any local or state mandated certification, health card, or food handlers permit where required
- Complete Safe Alcohol Service training program
- Prior experience in a high-volume bar environment preferred
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift
- Provide excellent guest service
- Accurate cash handling and basic math skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently
- Ability to take and follow direction
- Respond with a sense of urgency

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner
- Possess full knowledge of bar and menu items and make recommendations
- Accurately record food and beverage orders from guests in a timely manner
- Verify identification to confirm guests are at least 21 years of age for all alcohol transactions
- Ensure that alcohol is consumed in designated areas only
- Consistently use suggestive selling techniques
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure that food orders are accurate
- Deliver food and beverage orders within established time frames
- Process payment for completed guest orders
- Maintain appropriate stock levels for the bar
- Assist the general manager on duty with placing orders for all liquor and bar related supplies
- Consistently wipe down and sanitize employee and guest high-contact areas
- Properly utilize personal protective equipment while completing position specific tasks
- Adapt to the frequency and scope of required cleaning tasks
- Monitor safety and security issues such as trip hazards, lighting, and suspicious persons and report issues to management
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned
