Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- must be able to work days, nights and/or weekends
- must be able to work in hot and cold environments
- ability to work in noisy fast paced environment
- ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- ability to walk or stand for entire shift
- ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
- ability to read and write handwritten notes
- must meet physical demands of role

Job Duties
- deliver unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
- keep supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
- create warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to sanitation procedures
- manage personal bank and financial transactions accurately
- follow alcohol awareness procedures
- assess guest demeanor and report to manager when necessary
- follow bar recipes to control costs and ensure consistency
- keep station clean and set up or take down station tables
- greet guests in friendly timely manner
- take accurate food and drink orders
- maintain thorough menu knowledge
- enter orders into Micros correctly
- complete sales and station side work
- operate Micros and conduct credit card transactions
- ensure food is garnished and deliver trays to designated areas
- work efficiently with full hands policy
- participate in incentives and contests
- complete bar inventories and daily requisitions
- complete opening and closing duties
- assist in party setup and breakdown
- assist team members as needed
- buss and reset tables
- maintain guest satisfaction by checking back and responding promptly
- foster cooperative working relationship with team
- listen and communicate effectively
- maintain friendly demeanor and smile
- prefer restaurant or bar experience
- communicate enthusiasm about D&B
- read and communicate in English
- dress professionally
- work in noisy fast paced environment
- be at least 18 years old
