Job Requirements

  • Meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capable of standing for an 8 to 12-hour shift
  • Good teamwork skills with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
  • Knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Attention to detail and multitasking ability

Job Duties

  • Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
  • Prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and restock limited drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • Suggest the sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • Prepare all drinks according to standard recipes, glassware, and garnish
  • Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them properly into the POS system
  • Ensure customers are well attended to, offer refills and remove any unused items
  • Deliver and settle the check timely, thank customers, and invite them to return
  • Follow all food safety standards
