Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capable of standing for an 8 to 12-hour shift
- Good teamwork skills with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Attention to detail and multitasking ability
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
- Prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and restock limited drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- Suggest the sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- Prepare all drinks according to standard recipes, glassware, and garnish
- Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them properly into the POS system
- Ensure customers are well attended to, offer refills and remove any unused items
- Deliver and settle the check timely, thank customers, and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety standards
