Job Requirements

Previous experience working as a restaurant bartender
A current required state alcohol-server license (e.g., TABC, TIPS, ABLE)
Open to varied work schedules and hours depending on business needs
Must be able to lift push pull or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
Must be able to bend stretch twist or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels

Job Qualifications

Previous experience working as a restaurant bartender
Current required state alcohol-server license (e.g., TABC, TIPS, ABLE)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
Knowledge of cocktail recipes and bar equipment
Ability to maintain cleanliness and meet safety standards
Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills

Job Duties

Engage with guests in a friendly and outgoing manner ensuring a welcoming environment
Mix and serve cocktails following Torchy’s recipes maintaining quality and consistency
Learn the menu and make recommendations to enhance the guest experience
Provide prompt and efficient service handling orders accurately and ensuring guests have what they need
Keep the bar area clean and organized restocking supplies as needed and adhering to safety and sanitation standards
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
