21 years of age or older
Ability to multitask
Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
Ability to pass a background check if 18 years or older
ServSafe Alcohol certification
California Food Handlers Card

Job Qualifications

TIPS certification
12 years of on hand experience mixing and making alcoholic drinks
Ability to multitask
Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs

Job Duties

Adheres to responsible alcohol service standards
Able to successfully slow down a guest or cut off an intoxicated guest when necessary
Follows recipes to prepare beverages such as liquor, cocktails, and other drinks
Operates within full compliance of state liquors laws, regulations, health codes, and sanitation guidelines
Conducts basic cash and credit card transactions
Maintains glassware and utensils
Knows the menu and how to read each guest to make appropriate beverage and food recommendations
