Job Requirements
- Must be TABC certified
- Servsafe or similar Food Handler's Certificate may be required depending upon store location
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization within bar areas
- Ability to suggestively sell food and beverage items
- Proficient with order entry using POS systems
- Must comply with all safety and alcohol service regulations
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in bartending or related hospitality roles preferred
Job Duties
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the bar and lounge areas
- Ensure all necessary items are stocked, including beer, wine, liquor, garnishes, plate ware, silverware and glassware
- Suggestively sell guests appropriate food and beverage items using menus and Bar 79 promotional materials
- Utilize and follow Perry's Restaurants' 40 steps of service required to ensure all guests have an enjoyable and complete dining experience
- Properly enter and order all food and beverage items into the Aloha Point of Sale system
