Job Requirements
- Be 21 years of age
- Minimum of one year bartending experience
- High school diploma preferred
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English
- Basic math skills
- Must have food handler or liquor permits
- Brand certification as required
- Ability to stand and work for up to 8 hours
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 60 pounds
- Effective communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Be 21 years of age

- Verbal and written English proficiency
- Basic math skills for cash register operation and calculating totals
- Food handler or liquor permits as required by law
- Brand certification as required
- Ability to remember and promote menu items
- Ability to operate keyboard and point of sale systems
- Able to communicate effectively with guests
- Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and alcoholic beverage service
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in confined spaces
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
Job Duties
- Take beverage orders from guests and servers
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with standard drink recipes
- Input orders into register at the point of sale and create checks for guests
- Accept guest payment and process credit card charges
- Wash and sterilize glassware
- Prepare garnishes for drinks and replenish snacks and appetizers
- Maintain stock, cutting, and storing fresh fruit and garnishes daily
- Adhere to all State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations
- Contact management and security personnel with disorderly guests
- Clear and reset tables in bar area
- Follow the Guest Program's steps of service including presentation of drink menus and recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of all bar areas including counters and storage
- Report equipment problems and bar maintenance issues
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Fill in as needed to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
