Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar
  • valid food handlers permit
  • valid TABC certification
  • ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • dependable and punctual
  • team player with a positive attitude

Job Duties

  • provide an "all out" refined yet fun guest experience through genuine expert hospitality
  • arrive at work on time, in uniform with a polished appearance
  • work as part of a team for efficiency, engagement, hospitality, and "all out fun"
  • deliver a personalized culinary experience every time by getting to know the guest and by becoming an expert in our scratch-kitchen menu, craft beers and cocktails
  • listen to the guest and provide rock star service that’s just for them
