Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
previous bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar
valid food handlers permit
valid TABC certification
ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to stand for extended periods
dependable and punctual
team player with a positive attitude

Job Duties

provide an "all out" refined yet fun guest experience through genuine expert hospitality
arrive at work on time, in uniform with a polished appearance
work as part of a team for efficiency, engagement, hospitality, and "all out fun"
deliver a personalized culinary experience every time by getting to know the guest and by becoming an expert in our scratch-kitchen menu, craft beers and cocktails
listen to the guest and provide rock star service that’s just for them
