Job Requirements
- Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age
- previous bartender or restaurant experience preferred
- reading, writing, basic math and effective communication skills required
- English language and professional communications skills are required
- ability to work in a team environment
- comfortable working in a fast paced environment

Job Duties
- Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages so that servers can deliver the best drink possible
- work the service bar in a friendly and efficient manner
- ensure all drink orders have been rung in
- check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- provide excellent guest service by engaging the guest, describing food/beverage, taking orders, efficiently delivering food and accepting payment
- inform guests of specials and/or promotions, answer questions and make suggestions when asked
- use up-selling techniques with every guest to enhance dining experience
- address guest concerns and inform manager
- assist in keeping the restaurant clean and safe
- clean up spilled food, drink and broken dishes and remove empty bottles and trash from the bar area
- provide an enjoyable bar experience for every guest
- remain visible behind the bar at all times to assist guests and team members
- provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages
