Job Requirements

Must be available evenings and weekends (Wednesday through Sunday required)
strong food, wine, and spirits knowledge
WSET 1 in spirits or greater a plus
ability to always be positive, attentive and hospitable
willingness to learn and grow
able to communicate verbally in an articulate manner
valid responsible beverage serving (RBS) card required
must be at least 18 years of age or have valid work permit
must have reliable transportation to work

Job Qualifications

At least 3+ years as server, bartender, captain, or sommelier preferred
knowledge of classic and craft cocktails
strong food, wine, and spirits knowledge
WSET 1 in spirits or greater a plus
ability to communicate verbally in an articulate manner
valid responsible beverage serving (RBS) card required
at least 18 years of age or have valid work permit

Job Duties

Make classic and craft cocktails
take food and beverage orders
deliver food and drinks to guests
maintain cleanliness of bar and work area
operate POS system accurately
receive and stock products
interact with guests and fellow team members in a positive and hospitable manner
