Job Requirements

  • Must be available evenings and weekends (Wednesday through Sunday required)
  • strong food, wine, and spirits knowledge
  • WSET 1 in spirits or greater a plus
  • ability to always be positive, attentive and hospitable
  • willingness to learn and grow
  • able to communicate verbally in an articulate manner
  • valid responsible beverage serving (RBS) card required
  • must be at least 18 years of age or have valid work permit
  • must have reliable transportation to work

Job Qualifications

  • At least 3+ years as server, bartender, captain, or sommelier preferred
  • knowledge of classic and craft cocktails
  • strong food, wine, and spirits knowledge
  • WSET 1 in spirits or greater a plus
  • ability to communicate verbally in an articulate manner
  • valid responsible beverage serving (RBS) card required
  • at least 18 years of age or have valid work permit

Job Duties

  • Make classic and craft cocktails
  • take food and beverage orders
  • deliver food and drinks to guests
  • maintain cleanliness of bar and work area
  • operate POS system accurately
  • receive and stock products
  • interact with guests and fellow team members in a positive and hospitable manner
