Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- ability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- ability to work well within a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
- must comply with all safety and hygiene policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior bartending or hospitality experience is beneficial
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in fast-paced environment
- knowledge of drink recipes and mixology is a plus
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a smile when seated
- prepare the bar including stocking drink stations and glassware before opening and limited restocking during shifts
- suggest sales for drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- make all drinks to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnishes
- accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
- ensure guests are well served including offering refills and clearing unused items
- promptly deliver and settle guest checks, thank guests, and invite them back
- follow all food safety rules
