Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • ability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
  • ability to work well within a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • must comply with all safety and hygiene policies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior bartending or hospitality experience is beneficial
  • good communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of drink recipes and mixology is a plus
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with a smile when seated
  • prepare the bar including stocking drink stations and glassware before opening and limited restocking during shifts
  • suggest sales for drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • make all drinks to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnishes
  • accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
  • ensure guests are well served including offering refills and clearing unused items
  • promptly deliver and settle guest checks, thank guests, and invite them back
  • follow all food safety rules
