Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior bartending or customer service experience preferred
- knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Welcome and greet customers with a smile when seated
- prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and replenish beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- suggest beverage sales, appetizers, and desserts
- prepare all drinks according to standard recipes using proper glassware and garnishes
- accurately take and enter food and beverage orders into the POS system
- ensure customers are well taken care of, offer drink refills and remove unused items
- deliver and clear the check in a timely manner, thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
