Job Requirements

Must be 21 years of age
be able to communicate with and understand guests
have working knowledge of craft beers, microbrews, wine, liquor and common drink recipes
possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a cash register
be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time up to 8 hours
be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds
must have OLCC Serving and Food Handlers Permits within 30 days of employment

Job Duties

Greet all guests upon arrival
take beverage orders from guests
prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the restaurant's standard drink recipes
have or develop a knowledge of craft beer and microbrews and be able to recommend and explain to guests
become fluent in the understanding of the restaurant's table and seating numbers
carry service trays and deliver food to tables
pre-bus finished plates
accept guest payment, process credit card charges and make change if needed
