Job Requirements

must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the united states
ability to bend, reach, stoop and safely lift up to 30 pounds
capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
ability to work cooperatively in a team with attention to detail and ability to multitask

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
previous bartending experience preferred
strong customer service and communication skills
ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment
team player with attention to detail

Job Duties

welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and limited restocking of drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
suggest sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
prepare all drinks according to standard, using the recipe, glassware, and garnish
accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
ensure customer is well attended, offer drink refills, and clear any unused items
deliver and settle the check promptly, thank customers, and invite them to return
follow all food safety regulations
