Job Requirements
- At least two years bartending experience or two years serving experience with liquor
- previous restaurant experience
- TIPs or equivalent certification
- ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- ability to reach, lift, bend and carry 50 lbs
- follows health and safety guidelines
- personal protective equipment use as required

Job Duties
- Answers questions regarding food and drink preparation and ingredients
- takes orders accurately and provides timely and friendly service
- makes and serves all types of alcoholic beverages properly according to recipe
- merchandises and suggestively sells menu items
- understands and promotes all specials and coupons
- follows responsible alcohol service procedures
- collects payments and follows established accounting procedures
- ensures all monies and bar registers are balanced
- assists staff in bar knowledge including proper glassware, garnish, and charges
- demonstrates teamwork by assisting other employees when needed
- observes guests to respond to additional needs
- keeps managers informed on concerns and suggests alternative actions
- performs duties in accordance with company policies
- maintains favorable work relationships to promote harmony
- provides a favorable image of Buddy's Pizza
- applies all sanitation and safety procedures
- performs other duties as required or requested
