Job Requirements
- experience as a bartender with cocktail knowledge
- familiarity with Toast POS software
- ability to work solo during shifts
- physical ability to set up and tear down the bar

Job Qualifications
- proven experience as a bartender with strong cocktail knowledge
- proficient in using Toast POS system
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- knowledge of proper glassware handling and bar setup procedures
Job Duties
- work solo behind the bar supported by one busser
- set up the bar area at the start of the shift
- tear down and clean the bar area at the end of the shift
- operate Toast POS system efficiently
- prepare and serve cocktails and other beverages with expert knowledge
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar
- manage cash tips and participate in card tip pooling and distribution
