Job Requirements

Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shift
Must be able to frequently lift and carry food and other items
Hours may be extended or irregular including nights, weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Six months experience in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic math skills
Ability to interact verbally and listen attentively
Ability to follow written and oral directions
Ability to work under pressure and independently
TABC and TX Food Handler's certification
Preferred two years service experience in a high-volume restaurant

Job Duties

Deliver high-quality craft cocktails, fine wines, and craft beer
Maintain professionalism and high sanitation and safety standards
Engage with guests and regulars to create memorable experiences
Keep work area clean, sanitized, and organized
Coordinate orders to ensure timely service
Assist other positions when needed
Perform all opening and closing procedures as per manual
