Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in bartending or customer service
- Ability to prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Craft alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following recipes and quality standards
- Provide genuine hospitality to all guests ensuring an exceptional experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar area including regular disinfecting
- Follow safety and health guidelines to ensure team member and guest wellbeing
- Manage bar inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to support smooth restaurant operations
- Uphold Olive Garden’s standards of service and guest satisfaction
