- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- prior experience in bartending or customer service preferred
- ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks related to beverage preparation
- commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and recipes

Job Duties
- prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area and guest touchpoints
- provide exceptional guest hospitality and service
- ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- engage with guests to enhance their dining experience
- manage beverage inventory and supplies
- participate in ongoing training and development programs
