Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • prior experience in bartending or customer service preferred
  • ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks related to beverage preparation
  • commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and recipes

  • strong customer service and communication skills
  • ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage preparation

Job Duties

  • prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area and guest touchpoints
  • provide exceptional guest hospitality and service
  • ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • engage with guests to enhance their dining experience
  • manage beverage inventory and supplies
  • participate in ongoing training and development programs
